These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Bluebonnet Auto Spa Inc., a mobile vehicle detailing company operating in San Antonio, Texas (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.
Services
- Service availability may vary by location and weather conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed on our website or quoted directly. Taxes and service fees apply, not included in pricing shown.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, electronic payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Subject to a 2.9% service processing fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full quoted amount.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service location information.
- Ensure safe, legal parking and access to the vehicle.
- Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Liability & Warranty
- We take reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from aftermarket modifications.
- Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
- Services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- To the maximum extent allowed under Texas law, you waive claims for consequential damages, loss of use, or diminished value.
Compliance with Law
- We operate in compliance with San Antonio water-use ordinances and environmental disposal regulations.
- Customers must ensure the service location permits mobile detailing activity.
Limitation of Claims (Texas DTPA Notice)
Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, certain consumer rights cannot be waived. To the extent permitted by law, you agree any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the service date.
Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable City of San Antonio ordinances.
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
- You waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted.
Updates
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
