Thank you for booking with Bluebonnet Auto Spa Inc.! As a small business and start up, we greatly appreciate your business and understanding. 

Important things to remember: 

- Please ensure that the vehicle is clear of your personal belongings. In the event that we find any personal items that have been left behind, we will place them inside a bag and safely store them inside your vehicle. We do this out of concern and care for your privacy and your belongings. 

- A fee may be charged if a confirmed appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.  

- Minimum additional charge for MAJOR Grime/Debris starts at but is not limited to $100.

Please be advised that you book our services at your own risk. We do not guarantee to fix, replace, or reimburse, nor shall we be held responsible or liable for, any missing or damaged property. If added services are necessary based on the condition of the vehicle, they will be made available to you at extra cost. Depending on the severity of contamination or debris, we may charge additional fees. We reserve the right to change the price of our services without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service. We are not liable or responsible for circumstances arising from Acts of God, natural disasters, or accidents caused by other humans. For documentation, business, and quality assurance purposes, we may take before and after photographs and/or videos of your vehicle(s) interior and/or exterior. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to the beginning of your scheduled service.
